Processes

Raw Material
Billet
Samples are collected from different Billet and are analysed carefully. Each Billet has a Heat No./Cast No. and is free from all defects.

Reheating raw material
Gasifier
Fireman ensures proper temperature control Heating Zone/ Soaking Zone.

Rolling of bars
Rolling mill
Quality control supervisor is continously collecting samples to ensure rolling within laid down tolerances.

Thermo mechanical treatment
Analyst ensures proper water cooling and laying head (equalizing) temperature.

Testing
Samples are collected as laid down in IS:1786-2008
We have a well equipped chemical and physical laboratory staffed with competent men to ensure accurate results.
